NSGH, OIGT and KCGH look back at 2025: working together for global health

NSGH, OIGT and KCGH further strengthened their collaboration in 2025 and jointly contributed to the development of global health in the Netherlands. By combining our expertise in networking, advocacy, science and education, we further supported knowledge exchange and collaboration within the field.

The year saw several new initiatives. For example, we launched our new joint online hub with a shared agenda, vacancies and news on global health. The Advocacy committee established and provided with a strategic plan for enhanced engagement in public and policy dialogue. In addition, Global Health Perspectives launched, a platform for scientific insights and exchange. With the introduction of Global Health Rounds In addition, a new series of master classes was launched, focusing on also in 2026 continues.

In addition to these developments, we organised a wide range of activities together, including symposia, webinars and film and dialogue evenings. Our e-learning platform continued to grow in both participants and modules, and we continued to work on education, research and collaboration within the field of global health.

We look back with appreciation on the efforts of our members, partners and all stakeholders. Together, we will continue to build a strong and connected network for global health in 2026.
