Who Will End TB? Science, Stigma, Society and Community Leadership in the TB Response

Symposium

On Friday 20 March 2026 (09:00-13:30), the Reading Room of the KIT Institute in Amsterdam will host the symposium Who Will End TB? place, organised by Delft Imaging, KIT Institute, KNCV TB Plus, IAVI, Stop TB Partnership and TB People.

Ahead of World TB Day, this half-day symposium brings together researchers, clinicians, civil society representatives and students around the question: who is guiding the future of the tuberculosis (TB) response? The programme consists of dynamic and interactive sessions that encourage reflection and discussion on science, stigma, community engagement and community leadership in the fight against TB.

The symposium is part of the programme Hospitality, an exhibition by artist and activist Paulina Siniatkina on stigma surrounding TB.

The symposium will be held in English. The full programme follows.
